Any player, coach, parent, referee or other spectator may bring a complaint against another party with regard to this Sideline Behavior Policy. The complaint shall be in writing addressed to the NYSL League Counselor with a copy to the NYSL President. The NYSL Board of Directors shall have sole responsibility and authority for the interpretation and application of these policies.
